Let's be real, if any one actually pays attention to my candle world you'll notice I've been a little MIA on my posts. But I have a good excuse...I swear! 2018 is the year to kill it in the candle world. I have big dreams and if you hold me to it, then huge accountability that I vow to conquer. So here's a hint on how this year is going down, and let me warn you now...it's going to be epic!
New product launches are going to be happening non-stop this year. My nose is craving all the things currently and I am going to share a big reveal with you NOW! And did anyone mention...Candle Crates!? Heck yes! These specially curated box collections are coming your way and we can't wait to drop them like it's hot ;) omg terrible pun I know...Moving on!
Candle Crates are in production right now and the first Collection to Launch is BOOZE CRUISE! YES!! All the booze-y candles now come in a box to make your week a little easier to handle! Pina Colada, Lime Margarita & Hangover Heaven with a little side action! Launch date is currently pending, but I swear to keep ya in the loop!
Now on to some more scent intoxication

Oud. What is Oud? Well according to GQ Magazine
"In the Middle East, they take their oud very seriously but it has only caught on in a big way in the UK in last few years. It is derived from the tropical agar tree, which is thought to originate in Assam in India. When the tree is infected by a mould known as Phialophora parasitica it reacts by producing a dense, dark and fragrant resin to protect itself. It is the resin-embedded heartwood of the tree that is the source of oud."
Also known as LIQUID GOLD Oud is extremely rare, in high demand, and difficult to harvest. It's perhaps the most expensive oil in the world!
Its value is estimated as 1.5 times of the value of gold, and it is sometimes referred to as "liquid gold." SO...drum roll please! Ya dang right oud scent is coming to an Ebony & Ivory Candle near you!
