A LITTLE WISH FOR YOUR CHRISTMAS

Dear friend,

Every year when the first Christmas candles come off the pouring table, I stop for a minute and think about where they're going. Not the address on the box, but the home. The kitchen where someone's baking with flour on their sleeves. The living room where the tree lights are the only lights on. The quiet bedroom where someone finally gets a moment to themselves after the kids are asleep.

That's who I make these for. That's who I'm thinking about.

I've also been really thinking about what goes into them. We use 100% soy wax & fragrance oils that are free of phthalates, because what you breathe in your home matters to me as much as how it smells. When you light one of our candles beside the people you love, I want you to feel good about it.

Then there's the packing. Every order is wrapped by hand here in Lethbridge, and I'll be honest, it's my favourite part of the season. We fold the tissue, tuck in the little notes and picture you opening it. Some of these boxes are going under trees and some are going to people who just need to know someone was thinking of them. Either way, they leave here with a lot of love.

So here's my wish for you this Christmas.

I hope you slow down long enough to notice the good parts. I hope your house smells like something worth remembering. I hope the people you love are close, and if they can't be, I hope something small reminds you of them. And I hope that somewhere in all the busy, you light a candle, sit down and let it be enough.
