HOW DO THE SUBSCRIPTION BOXES WORK?
Each month you'll receive a brand spankin' new limited edition Ebony & Ivory candle you won't find anywhere else. (How sweet is that?) Our subscription is available in three packages:
- Single month packages (month-to-month): you will be charged each month on your billing date for the next month's subscription box.
- Three (3) month packages: you will be charged every three months for the next three subscription boxes (and get some extra savings for pre-paying!)
- Six (6) month packages: you will be charged every six months for the next six subscription boxes (and get even MORE savings for pre-paying!)
DO I NEED TO REPURCHASE EVERY MONTH?
Nope! Your payment will automatically be processed and your subscription box will automatically be sent out to you! Once you've signed up, you're good to go.
I'm local, can I just pickup?
Nope! All orders are auto-shipped.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
- Single month packages are $39.99/month. You will be charged $39.99 on the date of your first subscription purchase every month.
- Three (3) month packages are $38.99/month. You will be charged $116.97 every three months on the date of your first subscription purchase.
Six (6) month packages are $37.99/month. You will be charged $227.94 every six months on the date of your first subscription purchase.
Please note: residents in certain provinces will be charged gst/pst. NOT VALID FOR INTERNATIONAL RESIDENTS.
WHAT SIZE CANDLE WILL I GET?
Our subscription box candles are always our standard 8 ounce jar (single wick) size.
CAN I USE A DISCOUNT CODE?
Nope, sorry! Discount codes are not valid on our subscription boxes because they are already at a discounted value.
WHERE CAN I SIGN UP?
To start receiving monthly subscription boxes, simply purchase our Monthly Subscription Box via the 'Subscription Box' tab on our shop all page.
HOW CAN I GET A THREE OR SIX MONTH PACKAGE?
Once you've clicked on the Subscription box page, simply click on the three month or six month selection at the top of the page.
WHEN WILL I BE CHARGED?
Your billing date will be the day you purchase the box, and you will always be charged on that date moving forward. You have the opportunity to change your billing date in your account. The frequency of your charge will depend on the type of package.
For example, if you purchased your first subscription box on the 20th of a month and you have a Single Month package, you will be charged every month on the 20th until cancellation. If you have a three month package, you will be charged every three months on the 20th of the month until cancellation. If you have a six month package, you will be charged every six months on the 20th of the month until cancellation.
WHEN WILL I STOP GETTING MONTHLY BOXES?
You will continue to receive monthly subscription boxes until you cancel your subscription (which we hope is never :))
WHEN IS EACH SCENT AVAILABLE?
The scent is available for the duration of each month. So, February's scent will be available from January 1st to January 31st, March's scent will be available from February 1st to February 28th, and so on. So be sure to order before the last day of the month if you want the scent for the following month.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Subscription box orders begin shipping the first week of the month. So, January's subscription boxes will start shipping on or before January 7th, February's on or before February 7th, and so on.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Subscription box shipping within CANADA is free! If you are placing an order with more than just your monthly subscription candle, you will have to pay shipping for those item(s).
HOW DO I CANCEL?
If you would like to cancel your monthly subscription for any reason, you can cancel your subscription on the Subscription manager page. We are not held responsible if your subscription auto-renews and you have not cancelled it before your billing date.
I DECIDED I DON'T WANT MY BOX, CAN I HAVE A REFUND?
We are unable to offer refunds on subscription box purchases. No exchanges either, sorry homie.
