Boats N Oats started as a bit of a “why not?”

We had been researching ingredients that were actually good for your skin, and oatmeal kept coming up. So we created a bath bomb built around it, something soothing, something that felt intentional.

At the same time, we were working on a coconut and vanilla scent. A classic combination, but we wanted it to feel elevated. Clean, smooth, and not overly sweet.

So we paired them together.

Oatmeal for the bath.
Coconut and vanilla for the scent.

And then came the name.

It was a little cheeky, we know. But what else do you call a tropical scented bath bomb with oatmeal?

But the second we made it, we knew it worked soooo well.

So we made it into a candle to match.

And it’s been one of our most loved scents ever since.

🕯 Candles

Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn for an even, consistent burn.

Trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before each use to maintain a clean, steady flame.

Burn for 2 to 4 hours at a time and keep away from drafts or airflow.

Always place your candle on a tray, candle holder, or heat resistant surface to protect your space.

Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains to protect the vessel.

Drop into warm water and allow it to fully dissolve before stepping in.
