Saint wasn’t created quickly. It was built brick by brick. Idea after idea.
I originally created the Memoir Collection to reflect my life, my memories, and my experiences.
The name came first. Saint. Something I was called in my childhood (although whether that's true or not is up to you to decide.) But with a name like that, with the high quality ingredients I wanted to use, and the new elevated vessel, I wanted something that felt like a signature, not just any old scent. Something warm, sensual, and layered in a way that felt intentional from the first note to the last.
It took time to get it right. We spent years trying to get this recipe right. From the fragrance, to the packaging, to the perfume.
Balancing sweetness without making it feel sugary. Creating depth without making it feel heavy. Letting it linger without overwhelming the space or the skin.
And when it all finally came together, it didn’t feel like just another candle or another fragrance. It felt like something you could wear. Live in. Remember.
We all quickly became obsessed. I think everyone who works here has a saint perfume or candle.

Allow the wax to melt fully to the edges on the first burn for an even, consistent burn.
Trim your wick to about 1/4 inch before each use to maintain a clean, steady flame.
Burn for 2 to 4 hours at a time and keep away from drafts or airflow.
Always place your candle on a tray, candle holder, or heat resistant surface to protect your space.
Stop burning when about 1/2 inch of wax remains to protect the vessel.
Apply to wrists, neck, and upper chest area.
Let the fragrance sit and develop naturally. Avoid rubbing to preserve the integrity of the scent.
Add a generous amount to warm running water and allow to dissolve.
Soak, relax, and let the minerals and scent do their work.
Spray onto non porous surfaces and wipe clean with a cloth or sponge.
Use regularly to keep your space feeling fresh, refined, and elevated.

Saint is quite literally a gift from the heavens. It starts out a bit spicy, but finishes so soft and sweet - but not too sweet! The perfume lasts all day - I spray it in the morning and I am actually obsessed with myself all day long. Sometimes I even put in on before bed because it is such a cozy and comforting smell. I've received several compliments when I've worn it out and about, too. Honestly, it's just perfection. I've loved Ebony & Ivory for years now, but this is definitely going to be a forever favourite for me!
I've always enjoyed purchasing from ebony & Ivory. The scents are magnificent and the customer service is exceptional. I like the classic look of the black, geometric bottle. It's a warm, gourmand scent without being over powering or overly sweet.
