Orders made for shipping will be processed and shipped out within 2-5 business days and during our hours of operation. Any processing delays will be posted about on our socials. All orders are shipped with Canada post. Shipping costs may vary depending on the items ordered and will be calculated at checkout unless FREESHIP promo code is applied.
One discount code can be used per customer per order.
Lethbridge local pickup
As soon as your order has been fulfilled you will get an email notification of when and where you can pick your order up!
PLEASE only select local pickup if you intend on doing so. If you have accidentally selected local pickup in error you will be invoiced for a shipping charge before your order will be released. Orders will not be refunded or cancelled because of accidentally selecting this option at checkout.
Free Shipping Promo
If you have selected to use the promo code FREESHIP for your order over $100 we will cover the standard shipping for you within Canada & the United States. You cannot combine any other promo code with this and all sales will be final.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges can be made at any time as long as the product is undamaged and hasn't been used or lit yet. Processing time will range between 2-5 business days within our hours of operation. All sale items, items purchased with a coupon, and / or a discount code cannot be refunded or exchanged. All sale items are final sale. Candles that have been lit cannot be returned or exchanged. Shipping damages must be claimed within 48 hours of receiving your package and must include photos.
