Simmer Down Now – Vale Edition was created by my daughter Zaria Vale and I, slowly and with intention. We wanted a ritual that would stop you in your tracks, draw you into the present moment, and gently quiet the noise of the day.

This is not just a simmer pot.

Each ingredient was chosen thoughtfully, layered for depth, warmth, and soul.

Stovetop Method

1. Pour contents into a small pot

2. Fill with water and bring to a simmer

3. Refill with water as needed to keep the magic going

4. When done, store in the fridge for up to 5 days and reuse

Candle Warmer Jar Method

1. Clean out your used Ebony & Ivory candle jar with hot water

2. Add the simmer blend and pour over boiling water

3. Place under your favourite candle warming lamp

4. Let the slow release of scent transform your space
